Q. What are the changes to FocusGroup.com?
A. The first thing that you will notice is when you attempt to log in to the new site on or after March 14th, you will be asked to change your password. Your username (email) stays the same.
Q: Why do I need to change my password?
A. Your data protection has always been the greatest priority for us. As technology advances, so does Focus Group by Schlesinger! We have custom designed our website to apply the highest level of security features to protect your personal information. Changing your password is a necessary part of this process.

Q: What are some other changes to the website?
A: There are several changes we want to highlight:
- One of the most exciting changes is your new personalized Account Information dashboard that shows you a snapshot of your participation history and your contact information. You can set your communication preferences, change your password, and even choose an Avatar!
- The Surveys page displays study opportunities that are targeted to you. You can view Online Surveys, Interviews & Focus Groups, and Further Study Offers.
- Another cool feature is the super user-friendly new Profile Surveys page functionality.
Q: After I change my password, do I have to do anything?
A. No. Once your password has been changed you can log in and enjoy exploring the new features. You will continue to receive invitations by email or telephone. We’ll even text you to alert you of study opportunities.
Q: What if I have questions?
A. More good news! Focus Group by Schlesinger has doubled our support team! Our helpdesk professionals will provide answers to your questions and resolve any issues you may have.
